Join me as we explore the 7 steps of how to communicate more with your body, decrease stress and stress eating and re-empower yourself!
4-Mondays starting September 13th - October 4th. Class begins at 6pm CST via zoom. All attendees will receive the zoom invitation before class! And class will be recorded if you are unable to attend. You will be able to view and learn on your own time!
Week 1: Acceptance and Forgiveness & Tuning into our Body - We will discuss the emotions that lie within and how they can create blocks to our connection and communication with our body's cues. We'll also learn techniques to adequately slow down and tune into the signals and cues that we each experience.
Week 2: Follow Your Gut - learning to tune into what your body wants to experience at a meal, from flavors to fullness and hunger cues. Your Body Reflects Your Thoughts: Understanding how we think , our self-talk and how our beliefs get programmed into becoming our reality.
Week 3: Practice Choosing to Feel Good: What we focus on will grow. We'll take a look more closely at what our foundational thoughts and themes are around our life, body, exercise and food and open up to new and different possibilities. Communicate With Your Body: Lets learn techniques to help ourselves work with our body versus against.
Week 4: Have Gratitude For Your Body: This week we'll dive into having gratitude for our body and how this assists us in tightening that connection and Trust within. In addition, we'll review and tie all of these steps together, giving you a blueprint for you to refer to over and over again.
